 Doug
Wyland (President): Doug started his professional photography
career by taking Party Pics at Fraternity and Sorority parties at the
University of Missouri. After graduating, Doug went to work as a sales
representative for Candid Color Systems, a professional processing lab.
His job was to travel from one photography business to another, teaching
photographic methods to new and existing professional photographers. After
training graduation, panoramic, and prom photography from coast to coast,
Doug founded Freeze Frame in 1989. Now in his nineteenth year of professional
photography, Doug has photographed well over one million graduates receiving
their diplomas, as well as taken more than 300 panoramic photographs and
attended more than 100 proms. When not at Freeze Frame, you can usually
still find a camera in Doug's hand, taking scenic panoramics and overviews,
action sport photography, and pictures of his favorite subject, his son
Harrison. |

 Jessica
Bustamonte (Tucson Production Manager): After joining the staff
as a high school student in 1997, Jessica is now in charge of making sure
all prints are processed and delivered within our established goals. Jessica
is great at order detail, which is essential for her job. Chances are,
if you got a picture from Freeze Frame, it passed over Jessica's desk. |

Our Photographers: When Doug founded Freeze Frame, he recognized that the most important part of any photography business is its' people. Having your photograph taken at any special event is a highly personal and emotional experience. Ten years into the business, Doug is still personally involved with the training of all photographers. During the peak season, Freeze Frame employs more that 35 professional photographers, at least 30 assistant photographers and 10-12 office staff. We get our photographers from Arizona colleges, High School work-study programs, military personnel and professionals looking for ways to supplement their full time incomes. All photographers go through an extensive training program that outlines all aspects of event photography. With several years of experience in event photography, we are able to train all of our photographers to be ready for anything at any event. |
